TEAM NICARAGUA IS HOME
Yes, we are home, and oh what a wonderful story we have to share with you of God's love. Thanks to all of you who prayed us through this mission trip, and a special thanks to Jean Roehrs for being our Stay and Pray Team Member who sent out updates. Also many thanks to President Marilyn Treanor and Mary Karrick for the wonderful welcome home celebration at the airport. We will be bringing you more news of our trip after we get our feet back on the ground.

You will want to mark your calendars now and plan to attend the convention. Ms. Dina C. Vendetti will be our keynote speaker. Dina has been to our district in the past as a speaker at a Teachers' Conference. Many of us know her as the song leader at the past two national LWML conventions, in Sioux Falls, SD and again in Portland, OR.
Marilyn McClure, Vice President for Gospel Outreach, will be our national LWML representative.
All societies should have already received the Spring "Quarterly" which contains our Florida-Georgia "Evangel." You will find convention information there, as well as the registration form and hotel information. Please note the Registration form there contains a typo. There will be 4 meals included in the registration fee, not 5. They are Saturday breakfast, lunch, evening banquet and Sunday breakfast.

JOY SHOPS
There will be a JOY SHOP at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Middleburg, FL on August 7th. Click here for the Registration Form and here is the Flyer.
The cost is $10. Registration is at 8:30 and a continental breakfast will be served. Registration fee also includes lunch.
