The text of 2 Corinthians 5:20 is the basis for our convention theme, “Speakers for Christ”: Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.
The Keynote Speaker will be Rev. Dr. Peter Meier, Executive Director – Missions and Outreach for the FL-GA District LCMS. President Debbie Larson will be with us as well.
Registration:
- Early registration: $160 – MUST BE postmarked on or before June 30, 2022
- Regular registration: $200- MUST BE post marked on or before August 30, 2022
- Late registration: $220 – MUST BE postmarked on or before September 7, 2022
- Pastors, Deaconesses, and Young Women Representatives: $100
- Vicars, Deaconess Interns: $100 (spouses may attend at no charge)
- Guests may attend the opening worship service for no charge. Please register so we have an accurate count.

Cancellation/Refunds: Refunds will only be given for cancellations made prior to August 30. There is a $25 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS after August 30.
Meals: Three meals are included with the registration fee: Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast.
Lodging: Hilton Tampa Downtown, 211 North Tampa St. Reservations must be made by August 30. Rooms are $149.00 per night for two double or one king-size bed. To get the convention rate, you must reserve your room directly with the hotel at https://tinyurl.com/FLGALWML-hotel or call 813-204-3000 and tell them you are attending the LWML FL-GA Convention.
Parking: The hotel offers valet parking at $37.00 a day, with complimentary in/out privileges. You may park off-site but near the hotel at city-owned Fort Brooke Garage (107 N Franklin St, Tampa) for $12 a day, no in/out privileges. We suggest that you carpool to Tampa.
